Constructing the Book a Chef demo!
In order to have a more visual presentation and based on the example that professor gave in the last class we decided to make a small video of how Book a chef works and all the process since the booking until having the chef at clients home. We even hired a chef to simulate the service in Pedro´s home!

In order to have a more visual presentation and based on the example that professor gave in the last class we decided to make a small video of how Book a chef works and all the process since the booking until having the chef at clients home. We even hired a chef to simulate the service in Pedro´s home!
Lessons learned:
- If we want to be perfect in all the things we do we need to go further and be creative. We think this demo will make the difference;
- When people see how a business works though a video it is easier to create an idea in consumers’ minds about it and faster to get them interested in the service.

Time to meet again!
Today the group meet again in order to show to each other’s what we have done so far. Everyone is doing a great work, but we realized that some things need to be more explicit and others need to be more concise, so that the presentation can be more fluent and attractive.

Lessons learned:
- Keep focus is really important. Everyone in the group should be always concentrated and do not let anything pass. In this stage of the business, every detail is important;
- Each member of the group should review once in a while what the others are doing, since sometimes people cannot see some mistakes in their own work and this make the final results be more precise.

10/7/28!
Now we are even closer to the final presentation, and finally we can say that we finished our presentation! It has been an intense work, but we couldn´t be happier! We tried, as much as possible, to create an interactive presentation, respecting the 10/7/28 rule: 10 slides, 7 minutes and 28 letter font.

We tried, as much as possible, to create an interactive presentation, respecting the 10/7/28 rule: 10 slides, 7 minutes and 28 letter font.
Lessons learned:
- It is very important to select the right information that we want to present, because we only have 10 slides!;
- Make an attractive presentation is essential. The content is important, but if what the audience see is boring it may have some negative impact in their opinion;
- Choose the right things to put in the slides is very difficult and took us some time, however, we know that we cannot put everything there. The group should have the capacity to transmit what is crucial to the audience understand the business main points without having everything written in the slides.
