#Week 3.0
Check our week step by step!

The beginning of a new week!
One more week, one ton of work more... But we like it! As people say “When you enjoy what you are doing, you can’t call it work!”, so this isn't work for sure!
This week, the synergies are better, the team chemistry is improving and everyone is getting to know each other’s strengths and weaknesses, which is essential for a team to work at its best!
What have we been up to?
As you may know by now, our Business Model is like a live being, always changing and going in the directions our hypothesis, validated or not, push it to.

What have we been up to?
As you may know by now, our Business Model is like a live being, always changing and going in the directions our hypothesis, validated or not, push it to.
We started to think about the script for our surveys to day in order to validate our hypothesis and to improve our business model. We also get together all the tasks that are necessary to develop during the next few days and we allocate each team member with a different task and we arrange a meeting on the next days!

Surveys, interviews and landing page!
We are creating a Landing Page so we can see how many people would be interested enough in our business that would care to give us their email, we already got the first 3! We also want to test with a landing page our revenue stream - a fee for the use of the platform and the commission paid over each closed transaction in the platform.
We started also preparing our surveys, so we can keep validating the hypothesis we have still to validate!
Following the suggestion that the professor gave us last class, we add up some demographic questions in the beginning of the interview to make sure that we are addressing the right segment!

Lessons Learned:
- The landing page it's a very useful tool to see if people want to download or App or not;
- We need to create a good way to make available our landing page to everyone to have many visitors and this could be a challenge;
- We also need to test our revenue stream using the landing page by seeing how much are the Chefs willing to pay - commission or fee - but it's difficult to make this page available to them since they are a specific target!

Interviews and team meeting!
We start the day by getting the group together and we saw how everything was going on. We adjust some details on the surveys and they are now ready to send. We also agree that each one of us was responsible to make five interviews to chefs and dinners. We are also struggling and thinking on how can we come up with creative ideas to test some of our hypothesis as asked by the teacher in the last class.
Meanwhile, our designers never get tired of improving our blog, so don’t lose track of the news!

Lessons Learned:
- Every time we get together as a group new ideas come up and sometimes this means that we need to change some things that we had already done;
- This project it's always in constant evolution and upgrading, it's not something static that you do once and it's done. There is always room for improvement and we gain new insights and ideas as the time goes by and as we dive more deeply into the project and into the research about the customers segments;
- Having a good design, visual and appealing page is always the first step to attract more people to visit our blog and our Facebook page.

First contact with the Chefs!
Today we started to contact Professional Chefs in order to make them some interviews and we also send the surveys to a few people. They were all very nice and they showed availability to contribute for our project, which made us very happy and motivated. We got some valuable feedback about our idea and we confirm that a service of this type could improve Chef's visibility and client base. We will continue to make contacts with more Chefs to gather as much information as possible. Since it is already the end of the week we made a balance of what is being made and what is need to be done until next class on Monday.
Once again we made some changes in the blog and we are starting a new design using Picktochart to create a more visual value proposition of our idea. We discover that we are really into this kind of design and out of the box things!

Lessons Learned:
- People aren't as available to do surveys as one might think, so we have to do it as dynamic as possible;
- When people feel that we are interested in what they do and that we appreciate their work they become more available to communicate with us and to contribute for the interviews or for the surveys;
- If each one of us makes a contact with 5 Chefs will be easy to gather a good source of information to validate our hypothesis;
- It's very important to approach people in the right way because they are giving us something precious: their time!
