Today was the day to deal with competitors and search about market size. Are we in the right business? Yes, we are! However, some data and analysis is needed to support our decision of keep running the business and get funded. We made a deep research about our main competitors: restaurants and catering, and we looked for some numerical data about the market size.

However, some data and analysis is needed to support our decision of keep running the business and get funded. We made a deep research about our main competitors: restaurants and catering, and we looked for some numerical data about the market size.
Lessons learned:
- Keep constantly an eye on competitor’s moves! In every business, people are very attentive and always trying to be a step ahead. So we should do the same;
- Know the market size is an obligation for every business. If we are acting in a market in which we don´t fit it is better to give up and move on to another idea. Fortunately, Book a Chef is on the right track and perfectly fits in the market.
