Our canvas is growing! This week, Book a Chef business model was improved regarding our last update.

- Value Proposition is now more explicit and better explained:
- We realized that the customer relationship management is an essential activity in our business, since we depend on customers and we aim to be a reference for them. Also, marketing and communication is an important activity, because it is the way we promote ourselves and our chefs. Managing available resources became an important activity as well, in order to be aware of what is needed during all the processes, such as, partnerships, chefs and tools;
- In key sources we decided just to keep Website and App and Chefs database. The others, present in the last version of the business model, are not that crucial for our business.
- We also considered that Chefs are a channel for our service as they can promote and spread the word about Book a Chef.
