#Week 4.0
Check our week step by step!

New week, new challenges! Today is Monday which means that we had Lean Entrepreneurship class and we presented all the work developed during the week. After the class the group got together in order to find out which were the next steps ahead, since it's already week 5 there is no much time left to work on this amazing project. During the class we received some feedback from the teacher and we are now finding out how to incorporate in our work the tips she gave us. She recommend us to have the Chefs as a channel which makes perfectly sense and she advice us to have a primordial concern with the supply of Chefs before moving on to the demand (which she label food lovers). As usual we came up with the list of tasks that were need to develop during the week. You can see that list below (huge list means a lot of work and effort). We are more excited than ever to commit with this work and we will work very hard this next week. |
Lessons Learned:
- We noticed that people outside our project can have a complete vision of it, so they can give us valuable comments and suggestions in order to improve;
- Working as a group is now more efficient with everyone handing in time their tasks;
- There is always room for improvement and all the groups in the class are really committed with this subject.

Time to work a little harder! Today is Tuesday which means that the tasks need to be divided among the group elements and everyone needs to start working on the tasks for this new week. The goal of this week is to focus on resources, processes and organizational chart. Besides that we need to continue to validate our hypothesis in order to adjust our canvas model - this needs to be the priority of this week. We want to focus on Chefs interviews since the professor advice was in that direction. We won't need to have demand if the supply is missing. We also noticed that there were some inconsistencies and lack of coherence between some parts of our work special in the interview scrip, survey script and the hypothesis that we wanted to confirm. So we found out that was necessary to meet earlier this week in order to correct this small mistakes and move on with new tasks. We arrange a meeting for tomorrow afternoon and we also established that some work already need to be presented in the meeting in order to be ahead in our weekly schedule. |
Lessons Learned:
- Everything needs to be consistent and in line in order to move forward with the project. If we don't correct the mistakes we found soon as possible they will get in the way afterwards and it's not our goal to have to deal with them before. The best way is to get them out of the way as fast as possible which means that tomorrow the group will meet to discuss some issues and improve what is already done;
- We are in constant evolution and besides focus on the week tasks we need to give special attention to hypothesis validation and business model improvement. The project timeline is almost in the end so we need to put some extra effort now.

Group Meeting.
As I mentioned in the diary yesterday today we met to discuss some pending issues. Together we reviewed the hypothesis that we had before one by one and we add and change some of them as you now can see in the validation section 1.2. We also went through some questions of the interview script and we slightly change some of the questions because we felt that we were not obtaining some answers that we might need in the future. We also decide that each of us will be responsible to do more 5 interviews and that the priority for this week is to focus on the Chefs and to receive feedback from the on our project.
We also check the answers that we got on the surveys and we were able to pre-validate some of our hypothesis base on them. We also agree that we need more answers to the surveys special from the routine breakers segment. We will spread the surveys for more people in order to get more answers.
For the next week presentation we want to have data that supports some of our hypothesis and we will lunch a viral marketing campaign as a way of testing Facebook as a social media channel.
We also need to check the landing pages results for our App and for our Revenue stream.
Once again we divided the tasks that were necessary to complete in order to improve the above mentioned processes and we are now ready for a weekend of sweat - that does not come from the good weather but from the hard work !

Lessons Learned:
- When we might think that everything is in order we can find out that is still much things to be done!;
- We are perfectionists so we want to change every little detail until everything is perfect and ready;
- This final effort would be necessary to have a great work;
- Some of the group members expressed their will to move forward with this project in the future.

Chefs interviews.
Chefs interviews.
Today we had some interviews with Chefs. We opted by interviewing some not very known Chefs and Chefs that are already providing in-house services to their clients. Their feedback was very valuable and made us validate some hypothesis that are fundamental for the development of our work. We believe that having Chefs feedback and answers is extremely important because they are the supply of our service. Lessons Learned:
