Our canvas is getting bigger and better! This week, Book a Chef business model was improved regarding our last updates and it also suffered a design changing which involved a lot of effort and dedication.

- As we discover through our surveys and interviews the Routine Breaker segment exist but did not consider our service as a substitute of going to a restaurant. This segment values good food but also it will only use Book a Chef in special events and occasions. Because of that we eliminate the Routine Breaker segment and we included the persona of Francisco Pessoa in the Special Hosts segment.
- Since we made the change mentioned above we consider that the value proposition "More time and convenience to enjoy top quality food" would be putted under the value proposition for Special Hosts segment.
- We also consider a new customer segment: Cooking Amateurs! Amateurs are people with prior experience in cooking that have been evaluated before in Food competitions or other initiatives like for example programs as Masterchef and Chefs' Academy. We included this segment as a suggestion from the Professor that attended last class. We have now to confirm if this segment really exists or not in order to validate it in our Canvas - this will be the task for the next days. We consider this change really important as it increases our database for the supply side which is very important to reach more clients and clients with different needs.
- Since we add Cooking Amateurs as a segment we also added as a key resource of Book a Chef.
- We also add a new channel: Chefs! We believe that Chefs would also be a very good channel to promote our service and the Book a Chef platform.
